Pioneering The Domestic Supply Chain Market<br/>and Becoming an International First-class Intelligent Platform Enterprise
Business Introduction

We utilize the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other advanced technological means to enhance and improve the traditional management of warehousing and have realized digitalization, intelligence and high efficiency in warehousing business. In addition, we have optimized and managed the warehousing process through data collection, analysis and application, resulting in improved operation efficiency, reduced costs, and improved service quality.

The characteristics of smart warehousing include:

1.Data Management: It uses IoT technology, the management of goods, equipment, personnel, and other information in the warehouse to provide real-time monitoring, tracking, and reporting of information.

2. Intelligent Collaboration: Through the application of artificial intelligence and big data technology, Intelligent Warehousing can predict demand, optimize warehouse layout, and enhance warehousing efficiency, enabling intelligent collaboration.

3. Automation Control: Intelligent Warehousing utilizes automated warehousing equipment to reduce human intervention and improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

4. Efficiency and Safety: Intelligent Warehousing can enhance the safety and efficiency of the warehouse, thereby avoiding human errors and accidents.

Our automated warehousing equipment capacity building includes:

Four-way pallet shuttle 3D storage facility (SPL project)

The system has been applied to the 2B project of the supermarket industry, which aims to realize high-density storage and an integrated solution of receiving, storage, and picking by using four-way pallet shuttles. It consists of a vision receiving system, an AGV handling system, a vertical storage system, and an AGV picking system. Apart from the picking link that requires collaboration between personnel and AGVs, the rest of the system is automated. The project's storage capacity has been increased by 20%, while its operational efficiency has increased by 50% and its accuracy in receiving goods has reached 100%. The process is controlled to the highest level of precision, and the results are accurate and consistent.

2. Vertical Multi-Shuttle Storage Boxes (Wal-Mart Project)

The material box multi-shuttle three-dimensional warehouse has been applied in the e-commerce scenario, enabling a variety of picking modes (seeding wall workstations and placing and picking workstations) through the business characteristics of the e-commerce customers to achieve goods-to-person piece picking. This automated three-dimensional warehouse is composed of a vertical storage system (including lifts and shuttles), an inbound box changing system, a goods-to-person picking system, a conveyor line system, a review and packing system, and a package distribution system. This automated warehouse increases storage density by 2 times, picking efficiency by 3 times, and packing efficiency by 2 times.

3. Multi-layered Box Robot Warehouse (Bosch Project)

Applied to industrial manufacturing and automotive parts industries, the system can automate the intelligent picking and accessing of boxes, as well as the simultaneous handling of multiple boxes. Compared to traditional stacker cranes and automated three-dimensional warehouses, this system offers more flexibility and efficiency, reduces transformation costs, and is highly scalable. It enables the connection to a wide range of logistics equipment, including shelves, latent AGVs, robotic arms, and multifunctional picking workstations. The system also supports goods-to-person picking by utilizing multi-layer box robots, and optimizes picking efficiency and storage area.

4. More flexible automation equipment

Industry integration solutions, self-developed flexible equipment, independent and controllable middleware systems, and pilot solutions in the FMCG industry as a technical route to create intelligent, flexible, and economic benefits of man-machine collaboration in warehouse automation.

① Vision-guided Inventory Robot

Incorporating AI visual recognition technology and AGVs, the Company has developed highly intelligent inventory equipment that can identify the four elements of inventory, is compatible with a variety of shelf types, and can walk on its own, navigate, and lift up. This equipment has been designed to address the challenges of high workload, low accuracy, high safety risks, and high cost in warehouse inventory scenarios.

② Enhanced Forklift

Kit equipment is installed in the forklift, which utilizes machine vision, SLAM positioning and sensing technology to achieve automatic identification of cargo information, high-precision positioning of vehicles, automatic judgment of cargo storage location information, and other basic functions. This device replaces the handheld PDA operated by forklift workers and assists in the operation of goods on and off the shelves. This device optimizes the reduction of workload by 20% compared to the conventional operation of forklift vehicles.

③ Vision-guided Receiving and AGV Forklifts

We have developed equipment specifically designed for Sinotrans Logistics, and have standardized solutions for the entire process. Our solutions can be rapidly replicated in similar projects, and we have implemented a vision-guided receiving and AGV forklift system to complete the operation process of automatic receiving, and automatic shelving in and out of storage. This enhances the accuracy of receiving.

5. Automation Equipment Visualization and Digital Twins

The model utilizes physical models, sensor updates, operation history, and other data to reflect the full life cycle of the corresponding physical equipment. The model includes static and motion models with motion constraint parameters consistent with the real equipment. It also simulates the operation of the warehouse automation system under different equipment quantities and states to provide predictions for front-end business.
